The hotel offers a total of 15 units ranging from 15,5 m² to 25 m², accommodating two to five beds. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable hotel stay.
The property features shared parking and a bike/ski storage room, secured by a camera system. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and underfloor heating. Some units feature their own kitchenette within the room, while others are grouped in threes with a shared common room boasting a full kitchen and seating area, which can be particularly appealing for larger families or groups of friends, as everyone enjoys their privacy, including an en-suite bathroom, while also benefiting from the social aspects of the shared space. Rooms are equipped with standard double beds and additional full-size fold-down beds from the FLEX&SMART system, allowing for flexible room occupancy while maintaining maximum comfort. Unused beds remain folded and concealed.
The property’s heating is provided by a central gas boiler system with radiators in the rooms and underfloor heating with a heated towel rail in the bathroom. The property is designed for keyless and independent access. Each entrance door is equipped with a code lock, which can be opened either by entering a code or using an app via Bluetooth.
